We have First time in INDIA developed New Plastic wheel chocks which Conforms to DIN 76051-53 Specifications. The Plastic Wheel chock is according to norm DIN 76051 “Chocks for motor vehicles, semitrailers and towings” (Version November 1992).

DETAILS: Plastic Wheel Chocks are practical, strong and lightweight. Their main purpose is for vehicle stabilisation. To be used on vehicles to prevent the chances of moving on hills or slopes. Used frequently on large, truck, lorry and trailer. Commonly used for large heavy vehicles which are being used either during loading or unloading, servicing of vehicle. The wheel chock is used as a security measure in event of brake failure.

The ADR* requirement at 8.1.5 (a) is “for each vehicle (of a transport unit), at least one chock of a size suitable to the weight of the vehicle and to the diameter of the wheels. *ADR is the term used to describe the “European Agreement Concerning the International
